Blog#6: MySpace

Hi! This is Masako. Today, I'm going to introduce the "MySpace." Do you know this site? It is the social networking service managed by News Corporation. MySpace started in August 2003 in Beverly Hills in California. Until it was overtaken by Facebook in April 2008, it was the most famous social networking service in the world. Like Facebook, you can make the profile with the picture, and make the friends through the site, and you can enjoy exchanging information and chatting. It particular concentrates on the music and the video contents, but you can add all kinds of things such as the HTML and the picture to your page. You can keep in touch with all your MySpace friends by using the Email, the blogs, or the message every time. It is different from Facebook that anyone can see your profile without your permission. Of course, there is a privacy setting for your MySpace profile, but that means no one can see your profile. It's not the mainstream social networking service now, so most of its user is the professional musician, the amateur musician, and the indie, because they can exhibition their own music. If you like music, and if you want to communicate with these kinds of the musicians, please try to check MySpace!

This is the official web site of MySpace.
You can change the language, so if you want to read the page in English, please change the setting.

He is the founder of  the MySpace.
If you interested in MySpace, try to check it.
