Blog#7: France

Hi!  I'm Tomoko. This summer, I went to France with my mother for 8 days. I had wanted to visit France, when I was a junior highschool student, so I was really happy to go there. I stayed many places such as Paris, Orleans and Mont Saint-Michel. The second day of this trip, I visited Mont saint-Michel and ate really famous omelet in there. The first time I saw Mont saint-Michel, I was so surprised to the scael. The night of the day, I went for a walk to see  floodlight of Mont Saint-Michel again. Before I reached there, I could see many beautiful stars in the sky. I was impressed deeply and took many pictures, because I live in Tokyo, so I can't see stars clearly in there. And the floodlight of Mont Saint-Michel was brilliant and I thought that I want to visit here again when I saw it. The third day's night, I moved to Paris that is the most place i wanted to visit. During staying, I went to many famous spots such as Eiffel Tower, arc de Triomphe, Louvre Museum, l'Opera and Palace of Versailles. The most impressed place for me is the hall of mirrors at Versailles. I saw many pictures of this room in materials for world history, but I thought that I couldn't feel this impression before I came here. So I recommend you to visit here at once. I also enjoyed shopping at Champs-Elysees. This is the most famous avenue in France as you know, so there are many bland shops and famous sweetshops like "LADUREE ". "LADUREE" is the famous shop which sell macaron . I experienced many things, met many Japanese and foreign visiter and had a great time in France. I like travelling more and more. Next month, I'm going to go Korea with my friends, so I really looking forward to the trip.
This is Mont Saint-Michel. There is a famous omelet restaurant in here.
This is the hall of mirrors. Can you know the brilliant of this room by this picture?

I think Japan has many beautiful places, but the beauty of places are different between Japan and France. So I want you to visit France at once.

Blog #7: Summer Vacation

Hello! This is Masako Miyahara. It is too hot everyday in Japan. How are you? Have you enjoyed your summer vacation? A lot of my friends have been to foreign country, and they have studied English, but I can't go abroad this summer, so I've enjoyed my summer holidays in Japan. Today, I'm going to show you one of the most impressive events. In August, I went to the Edogawa fireworks display with my club members. I wore a Yukata, and I enjoyed watching the beautiful fireworks.  About 14,000 fireworks were displayed with the good music, and every firework's form expressed the pryotechnist's thought. I went to this event for the first time, so it was wonderful and happy time for me. This fireworks display is famous, so a lot of people gathered in the same area. We also enjoyed talking with these people. If you have a time, please to go the fireworks display in the next year.
